Everything you need to manage your activity is already on your phone, a device you always bring with you. With our App you can manage your guests' entrance (even for unattended guests), giving them access to main entrance, common areas and their room, even remotely. With the same App you can download the openings' report.
Moreover, with Rent & Pass you can send a link or an access code, to give them access to every area. In fact, you can give them the possibility to use the same App, in addition of the card.
Finally, if your clients remains locked out of the room, you can open it remotely for him.

Our locks for B&B allow the guest to open the room door with their smartphone or with a code they receive once the reservation is confirmed.
Guests, not only, take advantage from the technologically advanced Rent & Pass system but also, not having a defined arrival time, optimize their vacation times.
Our locks work standalone by default. The BLE+CODE lock can be installed on new or existing doors and allows, in most of the installations, to keep the existing mortise lock.

FLAT2 lock is design mostly for country houses or holiday houses with a high turnover of guests. Owner and guest meeting is no more mandatory! Phisical key cards can be substituted by codes or App.
Once the reservation is confirmed, the owner sends an electronic key or a code to the guest. The guest opens the door with his smartphone or with a code.Every key or code sent can be managed remotely by the owner at any time and it's possible to send new keys or codes from the App.Once the keys and the codes expire, the guest isn't allowed to open the door anymore. This gives both the guest and the owner a better security. FLAT2 lock works standalone or online and is powered by 4 AA batteries.
